short ram with xpt stage 3 race tune?

I'm looking at an xpt stage 3 race tune on my 06 wrx, but I have a td05h-16g, silicone turbo inlet, and aem short ram. I realize they say no short rams but i bought the car with it on there. All other mods are the same as listed. Will it work as a "basemap" and what kind of tweaks might it need. sorry about so many questions. Thanks

You will likely not be able to run the intake without additional tuning.
