need help with xpt stage 2 map

ive recently downloaded the xpt stage 2 map and for some reason i cant open it with ecuflash...can n e one help
Also my dumbass accidently bought an 07WRX map instead of the 02WRX w launch control...was wondering if this map will work for 02. PLEASE HELP IM BEGGING!!

nevermine buddy...i serch and read some older post on "xpt map expire" and got it...although i am still curious about the 07 workin on the 02?? Do i have to buy an 02 stage 2 map? thanks

No u cant use 07 maps on 02. Also when you dowload the map you'll get the instructions and xml file on how to open with ecuflash.
