If the K&N typhoon is the same internal ID or the AEM CAI then it should be close. Loading is very easy and the chances of bricking are very slim.

The K&N Typhoon keeps the stock diameter on the tubing and connects directly to the stock inlet tube. It is a short ram though. I am putting a UEGO on today. Will the data from that help determine if the map will work or not?

Yes, you should know pretty quick how far the AFR's are off target with the UEGO installed.

Here is the data from a Second Gear Pull today. Does this look like I am dangerously out of tune? Does it look like your stage 1 AEM CAI will work with my K&N Typhoon setup? How much HP gain could I expect from your stage one map? Is it more agressive than Cobb's Stage 1?

Hello. I purchased the stage 2 map for the 2010 wrx and tried to flash it onto the ecu. But first i wanted to save my stock map just incase i needed to revert back to stock. And i expected the def provided would recognize my stock map, but it didn't. It said it was a new rom, so I just saved it and didn't flash stage 2 yet because I don't want to go stage 2 without a backup. Will I be able to have a copy of my stock rom? I kinda want a copy of my stock rom before I go stage 2.
